About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SUPR, including our website at https://supr.bio (the "Website"), the member dashboard at https://dashboard.supr.bio (the "Dashboard") and any related products and services we provide.

By using the Website or the Dashboard, joining the waitlist, reserving a founding place, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms.

What SUPR is, and is not

SUPR is a blood-testing and monitoring product for people on enhanced protocols. Our laboratory partner (Randox Health) tests your blood, you complete an intake form, and the Dashboard shows where each marker sits against reference and guardrail ranges, how it has moved since your last test, and how that lines up against the protocol, body measures and training you have declared.

SUPR does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. SUPR is not a regulated healthcare provider. Nothing in the Dashboard, on the Website or in any message from us is a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing medication, substances, supplements, diet, training or lifestyle, and for any health concern.

SUPR does not give protocol advice. We measure and monitor. We do not tell you what to take, how much, or when to change it. We do not endorse, recommend or supply any substance. What you take, and whether it is lawful for you to possess and use it, is your responsibility, as is your own medical care.

In a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

AI-assisted analysis

Parts of your Dashboard, including summaries, pattern notes and the wording that explains a result, are generated using AI-assisted analysis applied to your blood test results and intake information, and then reviewed by a member of the SUPR team before delivery. AI is used to identify patterns, surface priorities and produce text; the human review pass exists to catch errors and ensure the content is appropriate for delivery.

By purchasing or using SUPR, you acknowledge that:

• AI processing is used in generating Dashboard content
• Outputs are not deterministic. A person checks the generated wording before your Dashboard is released to you. That is an editorial check of the text, not a clinical review of your results
• You can request human re-review of any conclusion in your Dashboard by contacting hello@supr.bio (see also "Your rights" in our Privacy Policy)

Guardrails and strain states

The Dashboard shows guardrail lines and strain states ("Controlled", "Watch", "Guardrail") for many markers. These are computed thresholds set by SUPR for monitoring. They are provisional, they are not clinical limits, and they are not a judgement about your health. A result outside the laboratory reference range is a prompt to see a doctor, not a diagnosis.

SUPR does not monitor your results in real time and is not an emergency service. We do not carry out a clinical review of your results or contact you about individual values. Reading your results, and acting on them with a qualified professional, is your responsibility.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use any SUPR product or service.

You are responsible for ensuring that no medical condition, treatment or pregnancy-related circumstance makes blood testing unsuitable for you. If unsure, ask a qualified healthcare professional first.

The tests

We currently offer three tests, each performed by our laboratory partner: SUPR CORE (48 markers), SUPR ANDROGEN (69 markers) and SUPR MAX (97 markers). The markers in each are listed on the Website. We may add tests, add ways to collect your sample, or change a marker list if the laboratory changes an assay; the Website shows what is current, and we will tell you before your draw if a change affects a test you have already bought.

Single tests and subscriptions

You can buy any test as a single test, or join a subscription plan: 2, 4 or 6 tests a year on SUPR CORE or SUPR ANDROGEN. On a plan you pay for your first test at checkout, then a monthly payment, and each later test is released once the monthly payments covering it have been received. A MAX plan is one SUPR MAX as your first test, followed by SUPR ANDROGEN tests.

• Prices are shown on the Website in GBP. On a plan, each test costs less than the same test bought singly.
• Plan billing. Your first payment is the price of your first test, which is released straight away. Your monthly payments start one month later. On a plan of 2 tests a year, each later test is released after a further 6 monthly payments; on 4 tests a year, after 3; and on 6 tests a year, after 2. We email you when each test is ready to book.
• No fixed term. Your plan carries on, releasing tests at the same pace, until you cancel. There is no renewal date and no minimum term.
• Validity. The blood draw for each test must take place within 12 months of the date the test is released. Tests not used by then expire and are not refunded.
• Cancelling. You can cancel in one step, by email to hello@supr.bio. "Refunds and cancellations" sets out what happens.
• Changes to plans. We may change the plans, prices and cadences we offer. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we email you at least 30 days before the change applies, and you can cancel before then. Tests already released are not affected.

Founding offer. For the first 50 members to join any MAX plan, the first payment is £50 less than for later members on the same plan, and their first test is still a full SUPR MAX. Monthly payments are the same for founding and later members on the same plan.

Orders, payments and delivery

• Payment is processed by Stripe and must be received before your order, or the test it covers, is confirmed. Confirmation is sent by email.
• Intake. Before your first test you complete our intake form (currently via Tally), where you declare your protocol, body measures, training and context, and can name a coach.
• Blood testing is performed by Randox Health. Sample collection is arranged through Randox's booking process.
• Results typically arrive 10 to 15 working days after your draw, depending on the test. The Dashboard is updated when they arrive and we let you know by email, or by SMS or a messaging app if you have given us a number for that. Turnaround times are estimates.

If your results have not appeared within 28 days of your draw, contact hello@supr.bio.

Refunds and cancellations

Blood testing is a laboratory service we pay for on your behalf, so:

• Cooling-off. You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no blood has been drawn. By booking a draw within the 14 days you ask us to begin the service, and the test drawn is then charged as below.
• After a draw. Once a sample has been collected, that test is non-refundable.
• Cancelling a plan. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops all future payments. Nothing already paid is refunded, except under the first-test guarantee below and in this case: if you have made monthly payments towards a test that has not yet been released, you can either pay the remaining payments for that test in one payment and take it, or have those payments refunded. Tests already released can still be used until they expire.
• The first-test guarantee. If your first Dashboard does not show you more than your last blood test did, tell us within 14 days of delivery and cancel. You pay nothing more, and any monthly payments taken after your first payment are refunded. The first test is not refunded.
• Delivery failure on our part. If your results are not delivered within 60 days of your draw for reasons within our control, you may request a refund of that test.

Coach access

You can name a coach at intake or by email. That coach can then see your results, your declared protocol, your body and training entries and any comments they leave for you. You can withdraw that access at any time by email, and it stops the same day.

Your coach is not SUPR. SUPR does not coach, does not advise on protocol, and is not responsible for anything your coach says or does. If a coach bought your test for you, these Terms still apply and your consent is still required before they see your results.

SUPR may also be sold through clinics, gyms and other partners. A partner who introduces you to SUPR, or sells you a test, is not SUPR, and the same rules apply: they see your Dashboard only with your consent, and nothing they say is said on our behalf.

Testing partner (Randox) and third-party services

Blood testing is provided through Randox Health, a UKAS-accredited UK laboratory (UKAS Lab 9329), under its own terms and privacy notices. Randox performs booking, sample collection, handling and testing. SUPR shares with Randox the details needed to arrange your appointment and match your sample to your order, and receives your results.

Other services we use to operate SUPR include website hosting (Framer), Dashboard hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), AI processing (Anthropic), intake forms (Tally), email and messaging tools, and analytics. The current list of sub-processors and their roles is in our Privacy Policy, and we update it as SUPR grows.

Nothing on the Website guarantees test availability, turnaround times or outcomes.

Your account and intake form

You must provide accurate and complete information at intake and in the Dashboard; an undeclared or inaccurate protocol makes the comparison with your bloods meaningless. You are responsible for what you submit, for keeping your Dashboard link and login details confidential, and for all activity under your account. This applies equally to any member account, app or portal we provide in future.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website or Dashboard unlawfully or in a way that could harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other members' data, or our laboratory partner's systems
• Upload malicious code, interfere with performance, or copy, scrape or reuse content, thresholds or data without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false intake information with intent to deceive
• Use SUPR to arrange, advertise or facilitate the supply of any substance
• Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit any SUPR output

We may restrict or block access, and refund or refuse an order, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Website and within the Dashboard, including text, design, branding, the SUPR engine, the Response and Strain model, guardrail thresholds, scoring and the Dashboard architecture, is owned by or licensed to SUPR.BIO LTD and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use your own Dashboard for personal, non-commercial use and share it with your healthcare professionals and your named coach. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any SUPR content, thresholds, methodology or output without our written permission.

Disclaimers

We aim to keep the Website and Dashboard accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available or error-free, that content will suit your circumstances, that guardrails, strain states or any computed value will be free of error, or that monitoring will produce any specific health, performance or safety outcome. Your use of any SUPR service is at your own risk and subject to the medical disclaimers above.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUPR.BIO LTD will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of (or inability to use) the Website or Dashboard
• Your reliance on any result, threshold, state or comparison in the Dashboard
• Anything you take, stop taking or change
• Errors or omissions in laboratory processing or computed values
• Anything said or done by a coach you have named

This includes (without limitation) indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss arising from health decisions made on the basis of Dashboard content.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including, where applicable, the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Changes to the Website and these Terms

We may update the Website, the Dashboard and these Terms at any time; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Material changes affecting paying members will be notified by email, and a change to the price of a plan you are on applies only after at least 30 days' notice by email.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
